Hi I’m Bec

I love helping clients take control of their health and truly understand what their body needs. Watching energy, clarity, and vitality return, sometimes from the smallest, simplest changes, never gets old..

I get it. Choosing healthy is not always easy.

I’m a mum to two, my husband works away a lot, and our household includes pets, work deadlines, study, clients, and all the invisible mental load that comes with running a family and a business. I understand what it’s like to juggle everyone else’s needs while trying to look after your own health, often coming last on the list.

Most of us are on a constant journey toward better health. We learn new things, try new approaches, fall back into old habits, and then try again. That’s normal. I don’t believe in perfection, extremes, or short-term fixes. I believe in simple, consistent changes that work with real life. When your body starts to feel better, momentum builds, and healthy choices become easier to maintain.

As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance Coach, I’m deeply passionate about understanding how the body actually works. I have a strong foundation in anatomy and biochemistry, which allows me to look beyond symptoms and explore the underlying drivers of dysfunction. My areas of special interest include gut and digestive health, metabolic and weight concerns, hormonal changes in midlife, stress and cortisol regulation, and nutrigenomics (how food and lifestyle interact with your genes).

My approach is personalised, evidence-based, and practical. I listen carefully, ask the right questions, and help you make sense of what your body is trying to communicate. Together, we create a plan that supports your nervous system, hormones, and long-term health, without overwhelm or guesswork.

I look forward to getting to know you, understanding your unique challenges, and supporting you to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident in your body. You’re not designed to fade into midlife. With the right support, you can feel better than you imagined.
